Returns & Refunds

Last updated September 2026

Return window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. After 30 days we are unfortunately unable to offer a refund or an exchange.

Condition of the item

To be eligible for a return, the piece must be unworn, unaltered and in its original condition, with all packaging, pouches, certificates and tags included. Items showing signs of wear, scratches, resizing or third-party repairs will not be accepted.

Non-returnable items

Custom-made, engraved, resized or personalised pieces, earrings (for hygiene reasons), gift cards and final-sale items are not eligible for return or exchange, unless they arrive faulty or damaged.

How to start a return

Contact us with your order number and the reason for the return. Once your request is approved, we will send you return instructions. Items sent back without prior approval cannot be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except when the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked and insured service, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

If you have not received an approved refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or card issuer first, then contact us.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are faulty, damaged or incorrect. To exchange for a different size or model, place a new order and return the original piece following the process above.

Faulty items

Every piece is inspected before dispatch. If a manufacturing fault appears within 30 days of delivery, contact us with photographs and we will repair, replace or refund the item at no cost to you. Damage caused by everyday wear, accidents or improper care is not considered a manufacturing fault.
