Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds by our Returns & Refunds Policy. Both form part of these terms.

Fine jewelry requires care. Avoid contact with perfume, chlorine, cosmetics and household chemicals, and remove your pieces before swimming, exercising or sleeping. Damage resulting from misuse is not covered.

All content on this site — including designs, photographs, text, logos and the Raquel Gold Jewelry name — is our property and is protected by intellectual property law. It may not be reproduced, distributed or used commercially without our written permission.
